A Professional Wheelchair Bodybuilder can only move down ranking by losing to another Wheelchair Bodybuilder at a Professional Wheelchair Bodybuilding Show, not an Amateur Show.
Winners of top ranked Amateur Wheelchair Bodybuilding Shows that have been approved for Professional Status will rank above champions from previous years, meaning current champion is highest ranked.
Example: Ronnie Coleman won Mr. Olympia 8 times, but he is not the current Champion.
